Moods is a bumpin' bar on a bumpin'
street. My first time there was about an hour after I first
arrived in Panama and had been traveling all day, and I had a
fabulous time. Wednesdays are the best because there is no cover
and its crowded, but not to crowded. You get a mix of all races
as well as music from Reggaetone to Salsa. You most likely will
see me there next Wednesday!
