our beach location in Santa Clara, we also have a presence
in downtown Panama City, Panama. We maintain a
Panama City office to facilitate closings, assist clients
with banking and also so that we can have first-hand
knowledge of some of the fantastic real estate opportunities
in the greater Panama City area. The pre-sale condos,
commercial listings and other investments in Panama City
make it as exciting as any region in Panama.
Our first-floor
location is in the barrio El Carmen, near Sport Tek Gym and

Driving
Directions:
If
you are not familiar with Panama, the easiest way to get to
our office is from Avenida Balboa.
From
Avenida Balboa:
Head East (away
from Bridge of the Americas, past Punta Paitilla with the
ocean on your right) until you reach a major intersection
with a Delta gas station on your left. The
intersecting street is Via Brasil. Turn LEFT on to Via
Brasil.
Stay straight,
passing Calle 50 and after a few more blocks, Via Espana.
You are now just a few short blocks away. You will see
Excedra books on your right and Tip Top on your left.
Continue on make the next LEFT onto a curving access road.
Follow the curve and you will see the Val Halla building on
your left. We are on the first floor facing the
street.
If you went to
far on Via Brasil, you will pass Black Tie tuxedo shop on
your right and Sport Tek Gym on your left. Turn left
immediately after Sport Tek and you will follow the
same curve until you see the Val Halla Building on your
right. We are on the first floor, facing the street.
From
Transistmica:
Turn RIGHT at
McDonald's heading toward Via Espana
Take the first
RIGHT possible before Sport Tek Gym
Follow the
curving road, past one intersecting street and then near the
end of the curve you will see the Val Halla building on your
right. We are on the first floor, facing the street.
If you go too far, you will return to Via Brasil.
