City, we inaugurated our Santa Clara office in November of 2005.
Santa Clara is situated in the heart of the fastest growing
tourism region in Panama. Large resorts like the Playa
Blanca (formerly Barcelo) and
Decameron are at near 100% occupancy year round. Real
estate projects offering leisure villas and condos are selling
at an incredible pace.
Our office is situated directly off the Pan American highway
on the right hand side if heading away from Panama City.
You can see large signs with our Conquistador helmet logo
guiding the way. The office is a renovated Panama beach casita that we
use as our home base for showing local properties.
A full-time presence in this region provides us the time and
means to become experts in this vicinity. Our staff has their
"ears to the ground" and regularly scouts for hard to find
listings.
